Booking, Collection and Return.
BOOKING

Booking fee is non-refundable, and will be forfeited upon cancellation. The booking of an item is confirmed after payment of the rental fee is made and after we have issued a booking number. Once confirmed, the Booking cannot be cancelled and payments made are not refundable.

The renter is entitled to one chance to change their gown choice, to a same or higher priced item, restricted to the same scheduled date of use. Only one-to-one exchange is allowed. E.g. Changing of one bridal gown for another bridal gown is allowed, while changing from one bridal gown to multiple dinner gowns is not allowed.

Booking fee is not transferrable to another person. Promo/sales items are not exchangeable.

The renter is liable for all loss or damage caused to the products in their full replacement cost or value, whichever is the higher.

Standard rental duration is 4 days. In case of late pickup, renter is required to return the items by the original return date.

Late return penalty applies at RM100 per item per day.

An additional damage/cleaning fee of up to RM300 may be charged for dirt, mud, stains, or any damage that exceeds normal wear and tear.
We will make sure all pearls and beads are properly fixed and sewn so they do not fall off easily,
Upon collection you are required to try on every item and check every item accordingly That we also have checked prior.
Glitter falling off is unavoidable in all glitter material. But it should not result in serious damage with normal use. The glitter falling off should almost be unnoticeable. If aggressive use result in only one part of the glitter falling off with obvious difference than the rest of the gown then we will charge for damage
Usual damage such as holes at the bottom, excessive dirt will result in charges around RM80-300 per item, subject to condition.
However serious damage such as holes at the front/snagging of satin material is considered irreparable and will result in loss of full amount of deposit and may require further compensation.

In the event of big area of Kua beads missing/frills missing/pulled off we may charge for damage. If just minor beads being loose, it's considered acceptable.

Dirt/Damage as per the link (https://dressaville.com/dirt-damage) is liable to cleaning fee charges.

Please do not send our gowns to dry cleaner without our consent as they may have improper handling that result in permanent stain, lengthened return time that affects our rental schedule for upcoming customer.
COLLECTION

You're advised to be present for final try on before collection for every item or we cannot guarantee the fitting otherwise.

In case the rentee cannot be present to try on, please try on asap upon receiving to make sure everything is ok, any problem please reach out to us asap and we will assist you.

For grab/lalamove collection (not advisable), please remark your order number on the Whatsapp order summary eg #10009999 and select door to door service only.

You're required to bank in your refundable deposit before collection. Deposit can be paid via cash or bank transfer only.

For collection by another person other than rentee, please know that all items are already prepared in advance but the person who collects on behalf is still required to check conditions of all items before packing.

For multiple order/bridal order collection, the procedure can take up to 1 hour or more (tryon - check condition for all - minor alteration if necessary - packing - paying deposit).
